Forgot password: how to recover your account safely

Use the official recovery flow to regain access to your account without creating duplicate or unsafe login attempts.
Open the password reset flow
From the login screen, choose the password recovery option and enter the mobile number or identifier linked to your account.
Verify your identity
- Wait for the OTP code.
- Enter the code exactly as received.
- Do not share the code with anyone.
Set a new password
Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
If recovery keeps failing, do not create a second account. Ask your school to verify the original account data.
