How student data privacy and permissions work

Moazez uses role-based visibility so that each user only sees the information necessary for their role inside the school environment.
Why access differs by role
Parents, teachers, school leaders, and students do not need the same level of visibility. Access is limited according to the educational and operational role.
Examples of role-based visibility
- Parents can see their linked child records.
- Teachers can see the students relevant to their classes or duties.
- Administrators can access broader operational views based on permissions.
Good privacy practice
Keep your account private, avoid sharing login details, and contact the school if you notice unexpected data visibility.
The school remains the main operational authority for data access configuration and role assignment.
