How to request safe pickup step by step

The pickup workflow is designed to help schools organize dismissal and make handoff safer for students and guardians.
Before submitting the request
Make sure your child is linked to your account and that the school has enabled the pickup workflow for your profile.
Submit the pickup request
- Open the dismissal or summon screen.
- Choose the correct student if more than one child is linked.
- Confirm the request and wait for the school-side update.
Follow the handoff status
The request status should update as the student is prepared and handed off according to the school's operating process.
